it’s a break of monday’s afternoon. all my friends left the classroom. i felt so boring. i thought it’s time to do some homework. at the same time, a classmate said to me: “can you play a game with me?” “of course!” i answered with a happy voice.

    then we went to the center of the playground. “it’s a good place.” my classmate said.

    “what can we do?” i asked.

    “i think we can play a game named ‘red hot pepper’.” she smiled and told me, “it’s a skipping rope.”

    “i guess it will be an interesting game. you do the first.” i said.

    “no problem.” she said. she skipped and sang a song:“vinegar, mustard, pepper, salt. chili sauce and pickles, onions mixed with malt. catsup, ketchup, red hot pepper···”

    when she came to “catsup, ketchup”, she skipped very very fast.

    “oh, my lord! i can’t play the game so fast.” i thought.

    suddenly, the ring rang. “we’ll be late!” i shouted. we ran to the classroom as fast as we could. before the ring stopped, we had just arrived the classroom. i could hear her weak voice: “dear me. ”

    i think “red hot pepper” is a real interesting game, although i can’t play it very well.
